Apologies for the length of time it has taken me to write this letter.  It has been very busy, as I am sure you have been, but I thought that I must do this.

I just wanted to say a BIG thank you from myself, Andrew and Adele for organizing our trip to Peru with such professionalism.  Everything was working exactly as we planned.  We were always met punctually at airports and bus stations, had very knowledgeable guides wherever we went and were always received with courtesy and friendliness.  Thank you also for all your advice on our trip because we wouldn’t have been able to tailor make it without your help.

I have already recommended that my friends use your services if they want to visit your beautiful country.  I am sure I speak for all three of us to say that we will continue to recommend you in the future and will definitely be in contact if we should decide to visit your part of the world again.
